Planning Center Scheduling
📱 How PCO Scheduling Works for Volunteers
The following standard PCO process will be included in the guide automatically. Add any team-specific details below.
1. You'll receive an invite to Planning Center via email — accept it to create your account.
2. Download Church Center (iOS / Android) and sign in. This is your main hub for your schedule.
3. When you're scheduled, you'll get a notification + email asking you to Accept or Decline.
4.Accept or Decline within 48 hours so we can fill any gaps quickly.
5. After accepting, your full plan (notes, song list, service order) is visible in the Church Center or PCO Services app.
📅 How to Block Out Dates in Church Center
This step-by-step will be included in the guide for volunteers:
1. Open the Church Center app on your phone.
2. Tap your profile picture (top right corner).
3. Tap "Serving" → then "Block Out Dates."
4. Select the dates you're unavailable and tap Save.
5. The scheduling team will automatically see these when building the schedule.
